I had a lovely stay at The Parker Hotel. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to various attractions and nearby restaurants. The staff also truly stood out with their helpfulness and friendly demeanor, although I noticed that the hotel could use some updates in certain areas. Overall, I would definitely return.

My stay at The Parker Hotel Vancouver was a mix of good experiences and a few disappointments. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Granville Island and the seawall. However, the room I had could use some updates, especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Staff interactions were generally positive, enhancing my overall experience.

Rooms

The room was spacious and comfortable, yet it showed signs of neglect with some unpatched walls. The bathroom layout lacked functionality, making it inconvenient for storing wet towels.

I had a pleasant stay overall at The Parker Hotel Vancouver. The location is fantastic for exploring the area, with vibrant restaurants nearby, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I did experience some road noise due to its proximity to the bridge, which was a bit disruptive. Also, the breakfast experience could definitely use some enhancement in terms of options and quality.

Rooms

I stayed in a Queen room that was cozy but a bit small. The decor felt outdated, and the room could definitely use some modernization. The curtains didn’t block out all the light, which made waking up with the early sun a bit too easy.
Service
10.0
The staff were remarkably friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Whether I needed restaurant recommendations or assistance with room service, they were always eager to help and made me feel welcomed.
Location

The hotel is situated in a prime location that's perfect for walking to many attractions. I enjoyed exploring nearby shops and Granville Island, but I did notice that construction nearby created a bit of a chaotic atmosphere. The noise from the road was also noticeable in the mornings.
Dining

The breakfast provided was a letdown for me. I encountered some miscommunication with my drink orders and found limited menu options, which didn’t cater well to my dietary needs. I eventually opted to eat outside, which was a bit disappointing.
Facilities

The hotel offered a range of facilities including housekeeping and room service. The free shuttle service was handy for getting to various locations, though it wasn't available for the airport.

I had a nice stay at The Parker Hotel Vancouver, appreciating the friendly staff and the comfortable bed. However, the noise from nearby construction was quite disruptive during my visit. While my room was well-decorated and the bathroom had been recently renovated, there were a few rough edges, like the poor bed setup that did not cover properly. Overall, I'd score it an 8 for the experience, considering both the positives and the areas needing improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The room size was decent with convenient amenities like a fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. The bed was comfortable, though I noticed the bedding wasn't properly made up, which was a letdown.
Service

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, going out of their way to help. Unfortunately, during a fire alarm situation, there seemed to be a lack of organization, which was concerning.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and stores, and close to the waterfront. However, it was surrounded by construction which affected the overall tranquility.
Dining

I only sampled breakfast and found it okay but overpriced compared to options nearby. The variety was limited, which could use some improvement.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities like the hot tub and complimentary bicycles were a hit. The older air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, but I appreciated that the windows could be opened for fresh air.
